Native JavaScript loading failing at Android container startup when push active

            Description

            When the container startup it attempt to load the native JavaScript using the FileLoader interface, but that interface is not initialized at container startup. A mechanism is need to retry this loading if it fails.

              The fix for this will likely be available in ICEfaces-EE 1.3 since the fix requires an ICEpush change from trunk.

              Splash pages are a workaround for this feature, but the splash pages will be removed to verify the fix present in EE.
