iPad Tabset button container background image has a blue region

            Description

            .ui-bar-b on the Tabset button container causes a thin dark blue region at the bottom of the container background.

            This should be fixed with the suggested (in MOBI-82 ) change to .ui-btn-up-c JQM class for tabset buttons and removal of ui-bar-b. Otherwise the offending CSS rule from ui-bar-b should be overridden.
