            Description

            Theme Roller can be forked to create our own theme builder.

            1st phase: add Theme Roller as a new sample application adding HTML mockups of ICEmobile components, and converting the PHP to JSP.

            2nd phase: convert Theme Builder sample application to a module that can be loaded in any ICEmobile sample application and offer in-application Theme styling.

            note: Color Picker used in Theme Roller is GPL so must be changed
