create maven poms so all samples are supported (non icefaces pre-1.3.0 don't have poms).

assigning to Ted for 1.3 Beta so that we can have samples/jsf
and
samples/SpringJSP
and possibly
samples/JSP (for non-spring jsp?).
then we can use the parent samples best as currently review icemobilespring and mvc-medicast and they are identical except for name right now. WIth a JSP-Spring common parent, we could reduce the copying of the same dependencies.

rev 34906 has new pom structure
YOu need to go to /maven2 folder and see readme. Once the mobile jars are installed into your local repo, you can then build the samples. You may want to edit README if you run into issues that aren't explained well enough.
