ensure sample applications run on jboss 7.1.1.Final application server

            Description

             using jboss 7.1.1 on a local drive with fresh install, the applications do not run OOB. Have to create a version of the javax.faces.jar (removing the javax folder and all classes with in). Attached a copy to this Jira to be placed in jboss-as-7.1.1-Final/modules/com/sun/jsf-impl/main
            also modify the module.xml in this folder to point to this jar as per
             http://wiki.icesoft.com/display/QA/Upgrading+JSF+for+Jboss+7

            Now the applications can be deployed to the server (using standalone as test platform) invoked.
