redo icemobile-jsp pom so groupId is now org.icesoft

            Description

            the 1.2Final pom for the icemobile-jsp jar on trunk has groupId org.icefaces which is misleading since the jsp jar has no relation to the icefaces project.
            1.2 Final pom that is published to releases m2 repo, is using org.icefaces, so trunk should be changed to reflect this.
