add back in mobi ajax support to geolocation component

            Description

            THe Geolocation component requires mobi:ajax support to be put back onto it. For now it is disabled, but should have onchange or onblur (more likely onblur as it is better supported on mobility devices), so when the field is updated/changed, it triggers the submit (either mobi:ajax or ice.se).
