Description
The contentMenuId of the ContentStack has the following docs:
"id of contentStackMenu used with this stack"
Yet the contentStackMenu has the id of the contentStack, so it seems weird that we need to set the id bidirectionally between the contentStackMenu and the contentStack. If the contentMenuId is not included on the contentStack, then no contentNavBars will render, although setting the contentMenuId to an invalid value appears to have no effect and the contentStackMenu and contentNavBars still behave correctly.

The only functionality that appears to be affected by setting the contentMenuId to an invalid, non-null value are the contentPane transitions. When the contentMenuId is invalid and non-null the transitions will not slide, but simply update.
