Detect execute and options for mobi:ajax

            Description

            The html5submitFunction was not taking into account the jsf.js detection of @this, @all, or @none. In particular, when an execute list was specified but did not contain @this, the submitting element was not being executed with ICEmobile.

            (It is necessary for ICEmobile to override the JSF submitFunction so that file uploads can be included via FormData.)
