Application does not load correctly without trailing slash

            Description


            If http://labs.icesoft.com:8080/spring-mvc-basic/ is used, the application loads correctly (specifically relative image URLs will work, such as the camera upload) but if http://labs.icesoft.com:8080/spring-mvc-basic is used, they do not work.
