problems wtih rendering button groups due to each commandButton writing it's own js file with span as first child.

            Description

            problems with styling button groups with each commandButton in the group writing a span around the (potential) js file.
            will include button.js within component.js rather than writing it's own js file to eliminate
            and commandButton will no longer write it's js file to the body (as it will be included in component.js)
