Subject and body duplicated for cloud notification in mediacast

            Description

            The subject and body are duplicates of the body in mediacast. This was originally done when testing cloud push, but it looks bad from an application perspective. Ted claims that the subject and body should be switched to make apple notification look better, as it supports only 1 field. Maybe the apple connector should concatenate the two if it is limited to 1 field, but the application should use subject and body as originally intended.

              Tested mediacast.icemobile.org: device notifications were successfully delivered to both Android and iOS. Android message had
              subject and detail, iOS message had "ICEmobile-SX" and subject as required.
