Extra scrolling bits in mediacast

            Description

            When mediacast is viewed in the android container on a phone, you can scroll up and down the page a bit. If you look carefully you will see a line of pixels scrolling up and down on the very left edge of the footer and header of the page.

              ICEsoft Public SVN Repository #27262 Thu Jan 19 12:38:25 MST 2012 patrick.corless MOBI-139 updated the small screen themes, android, bberry and iphone, so the panel stack header now has a fixed position left of zero. This seems to at least revert the keyboard offset issue we are seeing on Android small screen devices.
