showcasemobile Date and Time demo - ios only
When user native = true and read only = true the date and time can still be changed and submit.

ICEsoft Public SVN Repository	#48974	Thu Jun 23 12:10:12 MDT 2016	judy.guglielmin	~~MOBI-1157~~ iOS issue where <input type="text" readony="readonly"/> is not working since iOS8. As a workaround, if iOS and readonly (and disabled is not already true), it will markup disabled="disabled' which is respected.
