Description
The bridgeit latest file at api.bridgeit.mobi should be default bridgeit file loaded as resource for mobi device components. Also, configuration parameter created in http://jira.icesoft.org/browse/ICE-10285 should be backported to ICEmobile 1.3.1 ee.

Updated icefaces.jar to version 3.3.0GA_P03 to make use of the ICE-9330 fix.

From Jenkins build 2130 and higher a server warning is seen when using mobileshowcase.war

To resolv e this, add a mime-type mapping to the applications web.xml.

Changed the default URL for loading the bridgeit.js file to use https instead of http. This seems to work well when the webapp is deployed with or without https configured.
