mobi:dateEntry and timeEntry useNative true not working

            Description

            useNative for dateSpinner and timeSpinner looks for specific iOS versions and each time a new version (like iOS9 currently) is release, this would have to be updated. Since we no longer support iOS4 (and it did not have native support), then we can just look for iOS (rather than ios specific versions)
