Description
When launching the BridgeIt scanner the nib can take upwards of 8 seconds to the launch. This has been noticed by several customers and needs to be addressed.

I've worked though a few example that use the new iOS7 scanning API and none of these examples exhibit the slow startup that our implementation has. I'll work at cutting one of these examples into our code base and see if we can't improve performance and avoid the any memory leaks. I'll also take a shot at creating an ipad specific view so that the scanner view will be full screen.

Migrated in new approach to scanning, that still uses the iOS7 libraries but start up instantly. Would like to loop back at some point and add configuration that allows the support bar code formats to be turned on or off.
