Feature Request: Allow the columns to be dynamically defined for the editableTable component. Similar functionality to how the ice:columns tag works.

The EditableTable's columns are specified in the markup with textColumn, selectBooleanColumn, selectOneMenuColumn or selectInputDateColumn. There is currently no equivalent to using the columns component, nor could it easily be used.
The RichDataGrid defines it's columns in the bean. These could be changed dynamically. I am not sure what exactly the client is trying to achieve here, but I would suggest looking at the RichDataGrid.
