Dialog: protect against tabbing behind modal overlay

            Description

            It is possible to tab behind the modal overly in the dialog composite component, as it is in the standard popup. This is not possible with the panelConfirmation component. We should look at what is different what that component and adopt it.

              Marking as Closed / Invalid as part of legacy ICEfaces 1.x, 2.x JIRA cleanup.

              If the issue persists with the current ICEfaces release, please create a new JIRA for it.

              This appears to be related to the ICEfaces bridge and/or components. Opened ICE-5204 to address this issue.
