Description
WIth the BridgeIt hybrid mobile webapp development platform being deprecated, the Cloud Push feature must be removed from the ICEfaces EE product, as well as any related demos.

Removed the Cloud Push support from the Poll application.
Just as a reminder, even without the Cloud Push capabilities the Poll application is still a useful application as it is the go-to application for testing cluster/fail-over environments.

Marking this resolved. All Bridge-it based samples and features are removed from the EE bundle now, with the exception of some ICEpush EE Cloud Push code, as noted in IPCK-556.
