icepush-ee.pom has incorrect "-SNAPSHOT" in version.

            Manually update the version element in the pom file to the correct version prior to installing the libs to a local maven repository.

            Description

            The icepush-ee.pom file included in the EE 3.3.0.GA_P04 release bundles has an error in its version, with "<version>3.3.0.GA_P04-SNAPSHOT</version> instead of the desired "<version>3.3.0.GA_P04</version>".

            This prevents the icepush-ee.jar library from being found in a local maven repository after installation.

              The incorrect pom version string has been corrected and released in new download bundles as "ICEfaces-EE-3.3.0.GA_P04a-xxx.zip".

              Note that the only change to the revised "a" bundles is the /maven2/icepush-ee.pom file, the jars, etc. are identical from the previous release version.

              Also added a note to the P04 release notes explaining this issue and the revised bundle name, etc.
