Selection Tree styling issues

            Description

            Issue #1: There is a dependency on com.icesoft.faces.application.showcase.util.StyleBean being present and declared as "styleBean" and it doesn't expose the imageDir as an attribute to the user - so to make it work you have to create a class with the same properties as StyleBean.

            Issue #2: The images used in SelectionTreeNodeUserObject are prefixed with "img/" when they are actually in the css-images directory (hence, no "img/" needed).

            Issue #3: tree_node.gif doesn't seem to exist in the regular ICEfaces distribution, but tree_document.gif does.

              Revision #22011

              #1 - Removed references to StyleBean. Created imageDir attribute on selectionTree component that is passed through to the ice:tree. Defaults to xp.
              #2 - SelectionTreeNodeUserObject now defaults to using the xp icons. Image locations are no longer relative.
              #3 - Changed image name to tree_document.gif
