            Description

            We have implemented coalescing of CSS/Javascript. Since this change, we are experiencing a UI issue with ice:panelCollapsible component. The component header cannot find the relative path to spacer.gif from xmlhttp/css/xp/css-images/spacer.gif. The result is the display of a minimal blue square image when the component is rendered. The only way to eliminate this image is to set toggleOnClick=false, but the functionality of the component is lost when this is done.
