Use improved disabled-state images for cc:triStateCheckbox

            Description

            The disabled images for the TriStateCheckbox control are nearly identical to the enabled images, which makes for a confusing UI experience.

            Contributor "dwight" has created images which are closer to other disabled checkbox styles. This JIRA is to adopt these contributed images into the component for a future release.

            (Note that this is a licensed, EE, component.)

            To update the component, replace the original gifs that are in
            ee-comps\ee-composite\resources\images\tristatecheckbox
