NPE in ee-composite-showcase when deploying to WAS 8

            Description

            When deploying ee-composite-showcase to WAS 8 the following NullPointerException is experienced:

            Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
                    at com.icesoft.faces.application.showcase.util.FacesUtils.getFacesParameter(FacesUtils.java:161)
                    at com.icesoft.faces.application.showcase.util.SubmitMode.<clinit>(SubmitMode.java:39)
                    at java.lang.J9VMInternals.initializeImpl(Native Method)
                    at java.lang.J9VMInternals.initialize(J9VMInternals.java:205)

              We should not be using FacesContext.getCurrentInstance() in static context. Marking this one as FIXED.
