Description
When using the composite components in an unsupported locale ('no' for example) the component labels/messages are not found since there is no default messages.properties file. The standard ICEfaces component do have this so some label/message can be displayed even though it will be english by default.
To resolve this a messages.properties file needs to be included which will be the same as the messages_en.properties file.
