New PortletFaces Bridge Extensions library for commerical portal container support

            Description

            To support certain portal containers (namely WebSphere Portal at this point), we provide a library that extends the functionality of the PortletFaces Bridge. This library needs to be made available in the EE repository and properly handled during the various build and bundle processes.

            For the initial attempt, we'll:

            - stage the pre-built library () under icefaces-ee/portlets-ee/lib
            - copy the jar to the core icefaces/lib/portlets directory before building or bundling anything else
