Add in Swedish message.properties file to icefaces-ee-composite.jar file

            Description

            When deploying an ICEfaces app that uses the ICEfaces EE components an error can be thrown when deploying/access the application in a Swedish locale/language. The cause of the error is because it can't find an appropriate messages_sv.properties file.

            Attached is a translated file that when included in the icefaces-ee-composite.jar file, resolves the error. If this file can be included in future releases it would eliminate the error.
