Generic JIRA to address release issue regarding the ICEpack beta release

            Description

               1. Duplicate /lib contents in both icefaces and icepack dirs - (note sent to Deryk/Philip/Ken)
               2. Captcha and editabletext comps need to be removed from ICEpack svn repo - (Ken).
               3. Misc. minor ICEpack facelets issues with svn contents and build behaviors - (note sent to Philip).
               4. icepack/samples/clusteredChat2 doesn't build - (note sent to Deryk)
               5. Need to generate individual .zip bundles for the loadTest/javatestclient, loadtest/jmeter, and functionaltest directory contents as these will be hosted directly on their corresponding Wiki pages (to support more flexibility in download access as per various license agreement terms) - (Greg/Ken)
               6. Need to add/update ReleaseNotes and new license file to bundles - (Ken)

            Separate JIRAs addressing one or more of the above issues should be linked to this one.

              • ICEpack now has a build.properties file (location /icepack/build.properties) containing a single property icefaces.dir that can point to the correct ICEfaces directory.
              • icepack/eps/build-internal.xml:
                o now uses the build.properties
                o I removed all references to svnant and such
              • icepack/eps/build.xml:
                o now uses the build.properties
                o I removed all references to svnant and such (there were one or two references left before I did this I believe)
                o now uses the ICEfaces' lib directory to build EPS
                o the clean target does not remove the push-server src anymore, which is the responsibility of build-internal.xml's clean target
              • icepack/eps/lib:
                o I removed the svn*.jar files
              • icepack/lib:
                o I removed all .jar-files with the exception of hsqldb.jar
