Change ice-cc:selectOneMenuColumn to render the label of a SelectItem object in its non-edit state

            Description

            Currently when the selectOneMenuColumn is in the non-edit state it rendered the value associated with the property attribute. This often renders the output as the value of the SelectItem object. In some circumstances this is rendered as a key value, which can be a non-String object. An explanation as to why this occurs is documented in IPCK-94

            Possibly a new attribute or component could be created to help developers with this issue.
