                Using the latest Apache Tomcat 7.0.6 I'm getting the following exception when trying to access the Poll application:

                SEVERE: Unable to perform replication request.

                This seems to be a known issue: https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=50591

                Looks like a fix got applied and is scheduled for release with Apache Tomcat 7.0.7
