Status bar not scrolling

            Description

            Similar to other components that are using customer JavaScript, the JavaScriptdoesn't seem to be properly loaded on first load.


            In order for the scroller to start scrolling the browser needs a refresh. Reproducable on IE 8, crome, firefox and Safari.

              Brad, you mentioned you know of some code that will help with the JavaScript loading? Looks like this component could use it.
