Status bar not scrolling

            Description

            Similar to other components that are using customer JavaScript, the JavaScriptdoesn't seem to be properly loaded on first load.


            In order for the scroller to start scrolling the browser needs a refresh. Reproducable on IE 8, crome, firefox and Safari.

              Brad updated the how the JavaScript libraries are loaded and the status bar now start scrolling as expected.
