remove slider composite component

            Potentially we no longer need this component as there is one now in ace components. We can likely pull this component before final release.

            Description

            The slider demo seems a little sticky. When a slider is adjusted the mouse listener doesn't seem to be removed making all further mouse movement affect the slider positions. As a result the single submit does not seem to be fired.

            Likely a custom JavaScript collision issue.
