            Description

            Create new Locale Selector component
            As per ICE-2145 which has been voted for 18 times and currently has 10 watchers
            - Have a component for change locales dynamically where the list of available locales is taken from those listed in faces-config.xml (providing a drop-down of choices). When a user selects the chosen language/locale, then that messages bundle gets loaded dynamically.
