treeTable leaf node displays a pointer cursor

            Description

            The treeTable node icons are set to display a mouse pointer (hand pointer). This is fine for the non-leaf icons because it shows the user that they can open and close the folder. In the case for a leaf icon this pointer is shown but has no functionality associated with it. This style should be removed for the leak node icons.
