Description
Selecting a word in the middle of a text and changing its background colour will remove the background colour of the text next to it.
Steps to reproduce:
* Enter a few words in the rich text editor.
* Select a word in the middle of the text, change its background colour to red, for example.
* Select a word before the word with red background colour, including the white space between the words, and change its background colour to blue.
* See how the word with in red loses its background colour.
This issue can be seen only in IE10 and IE11. A similar issue occurs in FF.
This issue also applies to ice:inputRichText.
