ace:tableConfigPanel - Clicking on column ordering icons causes the browser scroll to jump to the top

            Description

            When the tableConfigPanel is displayed and the browser window is scrolled down, clicking on the column ordering images causes the page to jump to the top.

            This can be reproduced with the Showcase demo.

              This issue can be also reproduced with EE-3.3.0-maintenance branch & ICEfaces4 trunk # 40693 (FF28, and other browsers).
