Issues 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and fallback facet are verified. Icefaces 4 trunk r41775. Tomcat 7, FF 30, Chrome 35, IE 11, ios 7 and android 4.1.1.
Issue 2 -maxheight/maxwidth/maxtime attributes still do not function on ios7 or android 4.1.1
r41782: modified fallback approach to determine in the client whether to display fallback contents.
Note: the HTML structure of the component changed, so it might be necessary to modify existing tests.
Re-open to remove the maxWidth, maxHeight, and maxTime attributes from the ace:camcorder component due to none-functioning on mobile devices at this time. We can re-add these in a future release once support is established.

1) When disabled=true the camcorder button can still be clicked on and a video taken, however, the video will not upload. Just wanted to check if this is correct behaviour.
2) maxheight/maxwidth/maxtime attributes don't seem to function
3) useNative attribute doesn't seem to do anything, is it still relevant in ICEfaces4?
4) style and styleClass attributes are not getting applied to the component
5) tabindex attribute is not functioning (probably not important since it's a mobile component)
6) The video will not upload when the component is nested inside an f:ajax tag
