showcase - ace:fileEntry specific failures on GlassFish3.1.2/4.0 @ Windows OS

            Description

            The following issues have ben found while testing showcase > ace:fileEntry demos on GlassFish 3.1.2.2 on Windows7 (issues may exist also with GlassFish on other Windows OSs).

            1) With ICEfaces4 trunk code on GlassFish4.0/Windows7:
            All fileEntry demos pass, except:
            showcase > fileEntry > Listener: on this demo non-pdf files are still uploaded on the app server, although the validation message on page says "Only PDF files can be uploaded. Your upload has been cancelled".
            Not an issue on Tomcat7/Windows7, or on GlassFish4.0/Linux.

            2) With ICEfaces EE-3.3.0-maintenance branch (and older EE release code) on GlassFish 3.1.2.2/Windows:
             All showcase > fileEntry demos fail, in the same way as described in JIRA ICE-7931. This is not an issue if testign on an Amazon/Linux GlassFish instance or on Tomcat7/Windows7.
