combine ace:maskedEntry ability with the input field of ace:dateTimeEntry component

            Description

            Users can currently input 2 digit year with pattern MM/DD/YYYY (for example 01/01/11). even with a converter, this will be valid input and provide a date of 1/1/0011.
            Can use year -range, but would be more efficient/usable to catch this on client side similar to ace:maskedEntry.
