            Description

            allowing core and ace without compat to use the org.icefaces.sessionExpiredRedirectURI context-param, in ICE-9737, does not resolve the path relative to the servlet's context URL.
            previous implementation in compat jar did this, so to be backwards compatible, (see ICE-9737) this should also be a feature for core & ace without compat jar.
