Description
Currenty the paginatorTemplate has a series of key words which are then decoded in paginator.js to provide which aspects of the paginator are to be included. none of the labels in the paginator ('First', 'Last', 'Next', etc) are localized providing usage with languages other than English.

debug statement will only print to server log if log isLoggable(Level.FINE) if property key is not defined in the message bundle and renders default value.
