Description
When revert=true, each time the panel is dragged, instead of returning to the initial position it keeps moving down towards the bottom of the page.
This can be reproduced with the ace:draggableDroppable test application, on the attribute and dynamicAttribute test pages, for both draggable panel and draggable image.

About a week ago I was able to reproduce this issue. Not sure what changed but now, with the latest trunk or 3.3.0-GA-maintenance code, I cannot see the issue anymore.

Confirmed, this issue cannot be reproduced with IF4 trunk & EE-3.3.0-maintenance branch# 40526 (FF28, Chrome33, IE10).

This actually fails also with EE-3.3.0 release code.
