            Description

            When using a table with rowExpansion/selection with selectedRowsOnly=true, exporting with only the child rows selected causes the export to be empty.

            To reproduce:
            1) Build / deploy test app located at: http://server.ice:8888/svn/repo/qa/trunk/Regression-Icefaces2/Sparkle/Nightly/dataExporter
            2) Navigate to 'DataExporter Dynamic Attribute Test'
            3) Click 'selectedRowsOnly
            4) Click 'rendered'
            5) Expand one of the rows in the first table
            6) Select the child row that is now visible
            7) Click the dataExporter
            8) See the exported file, it will be empty
