            Description

            If the ace:tableConfigPanel is set to render a scrollbar if the number of columns reaches a certain height, clicking on this scrollbar to scroll the panel, causes the panel to be dragged.

            The following CSS is used to render the scrollbar:

            .ui-tableconf-body { height: 100px; overflow:auto; }
