ice:selectInputText - 2 tab clicks needed to move to next input in IE9

            Description

            When using the selectInputtext component in IE9, if the option list is shown but no item is selected, and a user hits the tab key, it takes two tab pressed to move to the next field.

              Attached test case source code and war file (ICEfaces jars need to be re-added to run (ace, compat, core)

              Steps:

              • Load welcomeICEfaces.jsf in IE9
              • In the first field enter in "1" a menu of options are shown.
              • Hit the tab key, focus is not moved untill it is hit again.

              Committed fix to trunk at revision 37666 and to p01 tag at revision 37667.

              Added an onkeydown event handler to detect tab key presses on ie browsers.
