Create Ant build target to copy ACE themes into correct location for distribution

            Description

            Currently the ACE theme jars are staged in svn under the icefaces/samples/ace/themes directory. However, the source files and maven builds for the themes are hosted under icefaces/ace/themes. It is currently necessary to manually update the staged theme.jar files whenever the source files are modified.

            This JIRA is to modify the Ant build targets such that we will no longer stage the theme.jar files under icefaces/samples/ace but instead copy them there during the project build.
