Committed an additional fix to set the language of the user interface to the same language as the one specified for the content.

Committed new fixes at revision 36391 to the 3.3 EE tag and at revision 36402 to the trunk.

• Removed unnessesary resources under /_samples and /_source and files with extension .htaccess, .php, .asp, and .pack in the root folder.
• Removed such entries from ckeditor.mapping.js
• Added a custom fix to use the mapping when loading contents.css instead of the standard URL.

Also noticed that it looks as though this upgrade has added some addition dirs that we probably don't require:

/icefaces/ace/component/resources/icefaces.ace/richtextentry/ckeditor/_samples/*

Testing with ICEfaces EE 3.3 - Build 16:

In showcase, when navigating to ace:richTextEditor demo, there is a JS error in Firefox21 (not reproduced in Chrome):
"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://localhost:8080/showcase/contents.css"

There are also multiple server-side mime-type warnings (both FF21 and Chrome), see below.

Verified ace:richTextEntry regressions and showcase demo in Firefox21, Chrome27, and IE10.
No issues found.

Testing notes: run all regression tests for ace:richTextEntry and pay special attention to ICE-8130 and ICE-9184.
