            Description

            The vertical panelDivider is wider than the horizontal ones, in Chrome and Firefox the panelDivider is the same size in all cases.

            To reproduce:
            1) Build / deploy test app located at: http://server.ice:8888/svn/repo/qa/trunk/Regression-Icefaces2/Nightly/ICE-3003 and load in IE7

              ICEsoft Public SVN Repository #36270 Tue Jun 18 09:49:55 MDT 2013 art.zambrano ICE-9362 added inline styling to the divider div to use a very small font size, since having a normal font size was making IE 7 to make that div bigger to fit characters (i.e. a  ), and that was overriding the specified height
